Available for sit down meals of up to 24 guests: 3-course Set Menu starts at £55 ph: please pre-order in advance. £250 room hire applies for any sit down meal (12-4pm, 5-10pm). Different room hire rate applies in December.
£500 deposit (non-refundable, non-transferable) required to confirm booking.
Payment Terms
The agreed deposit is payable on booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. We require a valid credit card as security for payment when due.
You can change your guest numbers up to 3 working days prior to your event. After this, you will be charged in full for the number of guests then selected. Additional guests may be added at our discretion, subject to menu choices and room capacity.
You will be charged in full for all food orders on a late cancellation within 3 working days of your proposed date.
Payment in full for your event is due on the date of your event, either with the card we hold against your booking or with your preferred alternative card, presented in person at the event. Payment against invoice may only be made where we have an ongoing working relationship with you, and in this case, is due within 10 days of your event. Interest will accrue at the Statutory Rate applicable on all late payments.
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
While we love a good party, we do not host
weddings at Southernhay House, unless your party is suitable for our Private Dining Room (fewer than 16 guests).
Children aged 8 and older are always welcome. Please note that we do not offer children’s menus; the cost for any child in your party will be as quoted for adults.
